Applying to the Program

Apply to Our Program

We will be participating in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) of the American Association of Medical Colleges. All applications will be accepted electronically through this service. You should submit your application and the Dean's Office will submit supporting documents using software at your school. We will only be participating in the NRMP this year and not in the AOA Match.

Our ERAS Accreditation ID is 1204800722.

Qualifications to apply:

  • Dean’s letter
  • 2-3 letters of recommendation
  • Official medical school transcripts
  • NBOME scores (part 1 and 2) (must be passing)

We do accept ECFMG or foreign medical graduates but we do not currently have the funding to sponsor visas. All applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.

Audition Rotations

Unfortunately at this time, we are concentrating on the further development of the residency and will not be offering audition rotations in 2018-2019. We hope to be offering audition rotations in the 2020-2021 academic year. We're still more than happy to speak with you regarding your interest in the Community-Based Family Medicine Program.

Residency Interviews

Interviews for 2019-20 will take place from November 2018 to January 2019. Prospective residents, with completed ERAS applications, will be notified (via 3rd Friday) if they will be invited for an interview (applicants will be given the option to complete a video interview if neccesary).
